My cham is 2 inches -2.5 inches and is doing wonderfully in his cage 24Lx18wx24h but I was hoping to purchase his adult cage soon so everything will be ready by the time he's starting to get a little cramped.

I was wondering where Is a good place to get a 24"(maybe 36")L x 24"w x 48"h. I so far like the flchams cages, but I can't tell if the bottom pvc slides out. And I don't really like the two spaces above and below the door that don't move.

I currently have a cage from kammerflage kreations and I love the bottom swivel door. Are there other companies that offer cages like that? Or is it my best bet to have a large cage custom made by kammerflage?

I'm sure many of you want me to build my own cage, and this will DEFINATELY happen in due time. But for now I just want to buy a large screen one, until I can build a funtional beauty. Feedback greatly appreciated.

The two mini doors on the 24X24X48 can be opened. The PVC bottom slides out, Fl Chams is great, I have their cages and I like em.

You can also get one from LLLReptile. The bottom screen flips up and the bottom plexi slides out. Check it out. I have one from them and the price was the best.

I got my cages from Reptile Depot since they were the cheapest online. They are good quality too.
But if I had to do it over again, I might order from Screencages.com since they offer a larger mesh option. Larger mesh would make it easier for the chams to walk the walls and not get their nails caught in the mesh which is not an issue when the chams are small, but when they are a full grown it can be an issue.

can the crickets escape the larger mesh? Or is it not that large? And do the cage doors on the bottom and top open from screencages.com? What about lllreptile? That is a function I really want in the cage.

In both the screened and the mesh cages food can not escape. However, with the mesh I think crickets could chew through the nylon whereas the metal screen they can't.

Anything over 1/4 sized crickets will not escape the larger mesh. And if you look on their website it shows 3 options, the regular aluminum screen mesh (one used in windows), the larger aluminum mesh and a fabric mesh called Suntex. I guess the latter is for people worried about their chams rubbing their nose...but if you have a large cage this shouldn't be an issue.
