Mostly montane chameleons...

New data on T. pfefferi ?

to quote from the last article:
"Chamaeleo (sic) pfefferi was found at the same location as C. wiedersheimi, around Mende. It was previously only known from Mt. Manengouba and Mt. Nlonako (Wild 1993, Herrmann et al. 1999) until found in the Bamenda Highlands by Laurent Chirio (pers.comm.). The populations at Takamanda and Bamenda warrant a reconsideration of C. pfefferi, a new species or subspecies may be involved (Chris Wild pers.comm.)."
I think this calls for more field work...

Lynda you are such an excellent source of information. i have only read part of the articles but will read all of them. It is good to know what is going on in the other half of "our world". And that is where all our chameleons come from so it is part of our world. But we all need to be concerned about our planet.:(

Thanks again Lynda.
