My female veiled layed 24 eggs on Friday. She had covered the hole and went back to the top of her tree. I left the lay bin in until Sunday and she never went back. She's been eating and drinking and seemed she was in a better mood. Today I took X-rays of her and it seems there are more eggs!! But they are smaller. Has anyone taken X-rays after their female layed? I'm just curious if she is starting a new clutch or if they are left over.

Most likely leftovers. I have seen some chams deposit eggs with their poop a couple days after laying. They survived and led healthy lives, but it is not optimal. Can be a lack of Ca or oxytocin that led to the leftovers.
