Mixed locale parsons?

From what I remember in a parsons podcast episode, the different locales won’t have any interest in the other locales. But my memory is fuzzy on this... curious what others have to say.

That is an old idea that has not been proven or dis-proven yet. That Calumma parsonii parsonii types/phases can be crossed in captivity. However as of now there are wild caught Calumma parsonii parsonii pictures that show up from time to time that look as though they a half locals or a specimen that were collected between Yellow Giant and Orange Eye White Lip native ranges or between Green Giant and Orange Eye White Lip locals. However these types look to be natural occurring variations and not intentional crosses.
