Mistking

I was just wondering is there any real different in performance Between the starter kit and the ultimate? I was just wondering

more heads and pump power and accessories. Does a single enclosure setup need this much misting power? No, but if you think you may setup more than one enclosure then the additional heads are nice to have. However a starter kit can mist up to 10 enclosures, but it does not have the additional heds by default.

The ulitmate also has the zero drip add-on, but honestly i don't care that it drips a cpl times after finishing the mist cycle.

I am not knocking the system it is nice, i use the mistking pump myself. But 99 vs 190... for 2 more heads, a no drip add-on and some hose lamps etc... not worth it imo. A hot glue gun will secure the hose to anything you want to and not requires holes, i like the drip, and extra nozzles are only needed if more than 1 enclosure.

I totally agree with Wykd.

The MistKing Starter Kit is great for 1 enclosure, but has the (inexpensive) capabilities of expanding to water a few more enclosures down the road.

I am a little concerned about the longevity of the digital timer, as mine os only a couple of weeks old. It is really an inexpensive timer (only about $26.00, and I just don;t have faith that it will last a long time before a failure.

I do have the Habba.Mist System as a back up( I use this system for my outside enclosure) and it runs on batteries as well. We do have a few tropical storms and an occasional hurricane here in the Sunshine State and I'll use the Habba when we lose our power down the road.

I also like the "dry-run" feature of the MistKing. If you forget to fill your water container, you don't run the risk of burning up your pump motor.

Wow thanks guys so the the starter kit works great thats all I wanted to hear thank you I will be getting that one and I did have a habba misting system it broke today :/ so I am going to get the best misting thank you again :)

Hello, I have both systems and I can tell you there is a difference from the starter system pump to the advanced pump. The advanced is larger heavier and more powerfull. That said I have been running * nozzles on my starter kit with no issues.
I have had the starter kit for well over a year now and have not had a single issue with the system or the timer.
