Mistking help

I got my mistking in the mail today and when I opened it I found this in the bottom of the box broken-

its the piece that connects the hose to the pump.

I tried to prime the pump and run it but it wouldn't work, do you guys think its because of this broken piece? I'm thinking it is losing suction and is sucking up air. Can I get one of these parts at home depot?
