Mist King with a seperate drip system?

Hello everyone.
do i need a constant drip bucket or source, in ADDITION to my a mist king for my 4 month panther? I would think a chance to drink 3 times a day would be enough??

I offer all my Chams dripped water in additionto misting.. I had a Cham that would shoot at water rather than lap it up. I felt that she was not getting as much hydration this way.

I would go with a mister and dripper.

I currently use 2 Mist King Rain Nozzles and my cham has been drinking off of leaves a bit more. Plus the mist comes from the top of the enclosure and he doesn't mind it, as much. But he still hates it lol

Usually it's recommended to have your cage somewhat dried out before another mist takes place. So in between that time, a dripper can provide your cham with a constant water source and it provides a bit humidity for the chams :)

Hope this helps, glad you went with a mistking! It's been my best investment.

I kind of see as the misting for the humidity, while they CAN drink after misting from the forums I gather that much like my own chameleon, dripper is for drinking.
