mini prolapse?!

well i did my hourly check on my chameleons today, and when i looked at Nigel my 5 1/2 old nosy faly i saw the red thing hanging out!!!!! it looked exactly like a prolapse so i got him out of his cage and started freaking out running around trying to find something to put on it and call the vet well after all this he finally puts it back in??? is this normal??? should i be worried about this or was he just "playing" with his stuff??? help


edit: also i think he is very small for his age. could that have any affect on him?? i can't get a right measurement right now but i can tell he's on the small side.

If he brought it back in, its normal.
Keep an eye on it, and make sure he doesnt do it for an extend amount of time.
Donahue has put his out a few times, didnt last longer than a min or so though.

totally wasn't talking about that!!! hahahahaha but his BODY is really tiny for almost being six months and yeah i will let me go take a pic of the little monster! but thank you guys for helping me i don't know how long it was out for but i know i think i scared his junk back in i was freaking out so much lol.

He does seem a little small.
Donahue is 6.5 months or so, and he just measured in at 5-6' STV.
Hes a cute little guy though!

Chameleons come in all shapes and sizes, so if he is healthy, it just means he is a runt
