millions of small white bugs

hey guys about 2 days ago i cleaned out my enclosure......2 sided malmine woord and 2 side screen........ while i was cleaning i did my normal routine clean the pots the plants run alot of water through the soil while my plants were out i washed the inside with hot soap and water.......now i have millions i mean millions of small white bugs..... i looked around on here for answers and i tink its the grain bugs.......only thing is i havent found how to get rid of them..... any ideas???? thanks in advance.
edit : they also seem to only be on the top not in the soil at bottom in the pots....only thing i could find in there are some small centepede type things.. could they be coming outta the wood?

mites perhaps? strange that this would occur after a cleaning
do you have a clear close up picture of the bugs?
