Well I'm depressed about this whole thread. It's sad to think that this melleri will not make it because nobody wanted to put out the effort. I'm not bashing you lisa h, just venting.

If the shop owner would do the right thing by her animals then this thread wouldnt exist. She's the real problem, she probably picked the poor guy/girl up for pennies. Ive looked and I know others on here have also you can get wc melleri for almost nothing from importers. Thats where I have a problem with our hobby. As long as pet stores and wholesalers can get wc chams for the ridiculously low $$$ they are sold for there will be problems. If the pet shops and other wholesalers had some big $$ invested in these animals they would be a lot less likely to half a-- there husbandry in the stores. Sorry, jumping down off my soap box....
