Turned on the lights this morning and found 33 eggs buried in the plant Mellis is Melanie. I was not expecting this so whats the optimum temp to hold them while I order an incubator or should I even bother. They are solid heavy and moist. Obviously I had no idea wild caught in my care for a year they can have multiple clutches from mating right?

The eggs can be kept at any temp, your going to need vermiculite to incubate the eggs with, make sure the vermiculite is very moist, good luck

The eggs cannot be kept at any temperature. I would go 74-76 degrees and absolutely pm someone who has hatched them before. As well you do not want to keep your vermiculite very moist it is normally recommended to start at a 1:1 ratio of weight of vermiculite to weight of water and towards hatching to let that ratio go to the dry side just not to dry that the eggs shrivel.
