Use more like a snack. maybe one or two a week. Those are crunchy with a hard outher shell. Just make sure your cham swallows them down.

Silk worms are great for your chameleon and I believe some people use them as a consistent part of there chameleons diet. They are an awesome feeder along with hornworms, phoenix worms and once or twice a week superworms.
