MBD???

Hey everyone. my friend’s cham keeps grabbing his own face and has trouble walking. i’m pretty sure it’s mbd because his legs appear to have 2 separate joints. i’ve never heard of grabbing their own face though. plz help!

They grab their own faces I think because when they have MBD they can't control their movements because the bones and muscles are both affected by it.
