Hi guys,
This is my first thread, I have had my Cham "Drogon" for almost 4 months, so I am new as a Chameleon owner but I have found them fascinating and been reading a lot in order to give Drogon the best care possible.
I found a research paper named "Nutritional Metabolic Bone Disease in Juvenile Veiled Chameleons", it is very interesting and I am sure some of you would enjoy reading it. In summary, they found that the best in order to prevent MBD is to supplement Calcium, Vitamin A, Vitamin D3 and using UVB lights, but what is more interesting to me is to know the different supplementation they implemented so we can compare with the supplements we use.
I uploaded the pdf here and the link for this paper is: http://jn.nutrition.org/content/140/11/1923.full
Hope you enjoy and find it useful
