How long does it normally take for carolina mantis to come out of their egg sacs

I have them in my chameleon cage in the warm side of the cage.

and has anyone tried either of these recipies for fruit flies?

8 bananas
1/4 cup sugar
rolled oats (oatmeal)
1 packet bakers yeast

or

1 cup banana (about 2 bananas)
1 cup apple sauce
1 Tablespoon vinegar
2 cups oat meal

I have them in my chameleon cage in the warm side of the cage.

I just took the egg cases out of diapause. So you should see hatching in next 20 days. I have about one mantis case hatch out on daily basis. Had about 50 Oxyopsis gracilis hatch out, and 5 Brunneria borealis or American stick mantis yesterday. Can't wait to see whats waiting for me tonight. I also mate mantis on daily basis to, so always something hatching, mating, or getting eaten.
