I have about 10 to 15 adult mantis free ranging in my chameleon condo. Well naturally I have boys and girls. Last night, I saw two males grabbing onto the same female. This morning, only one male was still grabbing on to her(possibly the unlucky one). They have been mating a few times today.
The male looks a little scared to get off her back. I guess I would to if the chances were pretty high I would get eaten alive.
Sorry for the quality of the picture, but I caught them doing the deed.....
