Your local garden nursery shop will have the mantis ooths for about $5.00. You hatch them at 75-90 degrees, and you get about 300 nymphs who will need LOTS of fruit flies to eat, or in a group setting will dine on their siblings. For one chameleon, it is more work than it is worth IMHO.
Blue Bottle Fly pupae would be a better option, and (again) you can get them at Tiki Tiki. Buy the least amount, keep them in the refrigerator, and put 5-10 every other day in the cham enclosure. They will hatch out, and then your cham will enjoy the hunt. I do not gut load BB's, they leave a brown spit everywhere when gut loaded...
