Male veiled Cham mouth open all day??

hello!
Im worried
My veiled Cham has has his mouth half open all day without closing it... he has had no issues that we know of except for a bump on his chin from falling on it a while ago, which hasn't effected him on the slightest. He is also not falling asleep at his usual time he has been up 3 hours after his sleep time. He's on his favourite perch and he looks to be there with his body in a outstretched position and tense tail.

Not all the time but a lot of the time yes he always touches the door of the cage and wants to come out so we let him under watchful eye

Can you see if his mask passages are clear? Is he gaping all day non stop? If he is I would take him to the vet and get him checked for a uri.. might as well treat that bump, it looks like raw skin, he may be rubbing it against the screen. If that's the case it would need to be treated before it gets infected

Opposite... it's cold haha! But the house is a regular room temperature

Good call :/ he does rub it on the glass... and his air passages are clear :/
