Hi there, I recently noticed that our Panther chameleon began showing colors we have never seem in him before. Then I began noticing that he was kinda doing a head-bob motion one day when I had him out of his cage. Well yesterday, I was holding our Panther and my boyfriend was holding our male Oustalet's and came in to talk to me and when our Panther was the Oustalet's he changed into those colors again and started head-bobbing. Isn't this normally how the males act when they want to mate? Is it possible that our Panther just believes that our Oustalet's is a female?
The picture below is not our panther, I haven't been able to get a good picture of these colors yet but wanted to give you guys a picture to go off.
Any information is appreciated! Thank you!!
