Male panther hates girls

I have a male ambilobe that is a lil over a year very receptive female I put in front of him in his cage him in hers on a free rang any place he hissis up and try's to attack just like he does a male I have noticed no sperm deposits around his cage so maby that's it? Do some males take along time to sexually mature?? Any tricks or suggestions pls!

My male ambilobe would somewhat do the same thing, my female recently showed receptive colors and when I put her in his cage she was chill and would follow him around but when she would get close he would run away.. but when I put them into her cage he almost immediately went after her.. she still didn't mind.. try switching things up a bit.. mine wasn't so aggressive towards the female though, just scared...

What worked for me was taking my guy out of his cage for a couple hours (on a free range tree.. ) then I put the female Into his cage for a few minutes.... Then i put the male back into his cage with her already in it..

Then....

Bow chica bow wow

Thx for the sugg il try it I doubt it will work though he's a dick and he's so beautiful it sucks he's got one of the best bloodlines ever! He's from Franklin at epic chameleons! So seriously it would kill me to get rid of him I'm seriously thinking about looking into artificial incrimination w chams lol I really want this bloodline to pan out haha

I understand your frustration. I have a female veiled who shows her receptive colours, goes to the male sits in front of him all calm and then when he moves she turns around and bites him. She has cornered him pined him down with his leg in her mouth all while still calm and showing her receptive colours. She's impossible to breed.
