Wow that's a tough one. I'm going to say 85% probable female white lip,
15% male yellow lip.
The green tinge bars are definitely a female trait, male yellow lips at this age have more yellow\mustard bars.

I just looked at the first picture again, the green bar at the base of the tail is green. Female!
