Are the 1st and last picture of the same chameleon and same foot? The first one looks to have the tarsal spur of a male, but the last pic does not??? Maybe it is just the angle of the foot in the last pic. Your chameleon also appears to have faded bars. The males have bars, the females do not. If you can get a few more pics of the back feet that would help.
 
They're all the same chameleon put a few more of where the spur should be and one that I think shows the "bars" better

I'm not sure I see spurs, but the bars mean male while no spurs mean female. Are you 100% those are of the same cham
 
Male. In top posting, in second pic is a spur. Third pic shows male pattern (baldness :eek: ). 99.9% male, though he does seem to have a small casque. Photos aren't usually complimentary.
 
Yeah the casque and the small spur had me guessing but the casque is more forward then my old female had they also told me he's 10 months old
