Losing A Herp Hurts

Today I drove to Culver City to give my tegu to Star Eco Station Reptile Rescue I had to give her away as she was getting to big for her 4x2x2 cage and I did not have room to build her a 8x4x4 cage. She was my favorite reptile and was the smartest of them all. I will miss her forever.

Aw, i'm sorry to hear. I'm sure they will find her a good home... Most of my pets have been adopted from Reptile Rescues or adopted from people who were not able to care for them anymore. I recently re-homed one of my female Crested Geckos because my male kept harrassing her to mate and I didn't have an extra tank for her. I'm sure if you ask the rescue to give you the adoptee's contact info. they'll give it to you so you can get some up dates.

Its definitely harder to lose a animal to death because you know you can never stop by to see how he/she is doing but its still hurts to drop off a animal at a store it definitely brings alot of worries like i wonder how they are treating her? i wonder what she's/he's doing? I wonder if she/hes thinking about me? lots of worries :X
