looking to get/help this Chameleon

they say it a female Veiled, at least 5 months old. But we have established that it is not a Veiled.

It is kept in a very small glass cage (5 gal) but other than that and the use of substrate they seem to be doing things ok. They do dust crickets and it appears they load them too. They also use a UVB lamp.

What kind do you think it is and do you notice anything seriously wrong with her?

Maybe the angles is wierd but I dont see a casque at all, are you sure it is a veiled?

I was thinking the same thing when I saw the pictures. If its not a veiled, what would you say it is?

could be. They got it at a pet store so who knows what it is until I get better pictures .

anyway, no matter what kind it is, I need a general consensus that it looks healthy. They wont give it up for free, butI have them down to a very low price where If I do buy it, I would not be out much money if it is unhealthy.

Could be a Flap Neck Cham? She's definitely not a veiled. My baby veiled is only 12-14 weeks old and she already has a noticable casque.

Flap neck. If you put some contrast on the picture you can see the flaps.

I agree it`s definately not a veiled - when we got Gizzy at 6 weeks old she had a small casque already. She looks pretty from the pics, i hope you do get her it sounds like she could do with a good home. If you do good luck.

Thank you. I replied to their email asking for further information about the uvb bulb used, dusting schedules (and what they use) and temps/humidity. If all is within reason, Im planning on picking her up asap.
