There's still lots of time, but I like to be as prepared as possible ahead of time. Seems that my grandmother is coming from Spain to visit us in December. This means that I'm going to have to stay with my family more than just a week, so this leaves me not knowing what to do with my chams for at least 3 weeks. I can take one, maybe 2 with me, but the apartment is small enough as it is, and with my grandmother, sister, dog, and I sharing a bedroom, I can't fit all 5 cages.
I'm hoping to find a breeder or someone I know and can trust from the forum who might be able to fit in 3-4 chameleons in Florida. I can take the cages, lights, and mistking to make everything easier. Also, I can get them tested for parasites again in early November to have time to treat and such if there's anything there, so I'm not sending my guys over to contaminate everyone.
I don't expect this to be free. I'll be more than happy to pay for their lodging, of course.
The species are listed in my signature. I can take Othello with me if keeping him is a problem, since he'll require more specific care than panthers and veileds, but I'd definitely like to take Charlotte with me at least.
Let me know!
Thanks!
