wat species of cham is this? i really like it i might get one
These are standard Fischers. They are a montane speciesBradypodion fischeri multituberculatum is the Latin name, I think.
They actually are not a fischer's chameleon at all, they are their own species now. The scientific name is actually Kinyongia multituberculata and it's proper common name is Western Usambara Two-horned Chameleon. None of the species we've ever seen in captivity that are sold as Fischer's chameleons are actually true Fischer's chameleons. The giant or monkey-tailed fischer's are actually Kinyongia matschiei and their proper common name is the Eastern Usambara Two-horned Chameleon. The dwarf fischer's sold are actually Kinyongia tavetana which are the Mt. Kilimanjaro Two-horned Chameleon. The undescribed fischer's chameleon is actually Kinyongia vosseleri which to my knowledge don't have an accepted common name. Kinyongia fischeri is actually a very rare species that as of last year was only known from 8 specimens (3 female and 5 male). More are known know but only a relatively few number of people have actually ever seen a real fischer's chameleon before. Here is an article that helps explain some of this: http://www.chameleonnews.com/?page=article&id=122

Interesting! People still sell these guys as Fischers, however.
I just explained all of this to him, and he still said he only wants a lady friend-name not important!![]()
