Live video feed for events...

Could someone that is familiar with how the various live feeds have been put up during the expo's please get ahold of me. I'd like to understand exactly what was done and what is needed to hopefully set up a live feed for a rocket launch that is in a few weeks.

Right now I'm a member of NAR but after the wedding in september I'll be doing dual...
I'd like to set up a live feed of LDRS which is coming up in a week and a half...
And thats perfect! now I just have to find a camera and power source...I wonder if the ROC Board will allow me to tap into them for power...I guess first of all I should test using that site over my cell phones data plan and see if it works or not.
