I now have a 4x3x2 enclosure nd I've got bout 3 or 4 live plants to go in there! Is there such thing as too many live plants???

nope, but you want to make sure there is some open space towards the top for basking. You also want to have proper lighting to keep the plants alive.

I have 2 pothos, 2 umbrella trees, 2 ficus, a croton, and a draen - however you spell it in a 2x4x4ft cage. But I'm making this cage an outdoor cage and downsizing to a 2x3x4ft cage. In the new cage I'm hoping to keep the same amount of plants. I only have 4 artifical pieces in his cage. i didnt want to keep artifical plants in his cage even though they are easier to care exp. with us moving in November. I provide plenty of highways for him with 2 branches made to look like little trees and I want to provide this type into his new cage. Yes my boy is spoiled.

I tried the 2x2x4ft cage and he didnt like it. I know that I was able to keep 1 pothos, 1 umbrella tree and 1 ficus in there with plenty of highways but he keep leaving his cage even more than he does now.

That's brilliant, thanks for the responses! What lighting would you suggest, I hav a pothos, 2 umbrellas, ficus, nd 2 draceana. They hav just been sitting on the floor in my bedroom for the past couple months with no special lighting or problems

I dont do any special lighting even though I know I should... I take all my plants except the pothos outside Sunday morning, every Sunday morning and leave them outside all day, then bring them in. While they are outside I water, clean up any if any dead leaves, clean off poop, and then let them sit. I live in El Paso and its hot and dry here so the soil usually drys up so I dont get any gnats. But that's just me =)

I took my ficus outside for a day nd kept it well watered nd all the leaves started dying nd falling off it :( do you not ever hav this problem??

When I first got my ficus I had one on the last straw and I left it out of the cage for a week repotted it and its need doing just fine ever since. Its not growing but its doing ok... I'm on the search of a 6500k plant bulb with fixtured but I can always find the bulb just no fixture... my lowes here sucks =(
