List of chameleon discriptions

I'm trying to make a list of all chameleon discriptions.
Does anybody have a list of all species and then when this species was discribed by who, when and in which publication.

I hope somebody can help me.

The Chameleon Handbook by R.D Bartlett has a list of many species that you are looking for. It is a very good book, I recomend it.

I have almost all chameleon books available.
I like this list because it would save me some work.
As I want to make a list of the discriptions I have and don't.
And I mean first discriptions.

Have you looked at adchams.com? Don't know if thats what your looking for though...

Adcham currently has the most complete set of descriptions, but their classifications are outdated. Also, I don't think the data there is free to reproduce.

But that's not what I'm looking for. There indeed the auther which discriped them can be found. But I'm specially interested in where is was published.

What I'd like is something like this:

Bradypodion ngomeense

And then I'd like a complete list for all species or a big number of them.
