Would this grow light be ok for a 4 month old panther chameleon it came with a 150 gallon fish tank

No problem, I was in the reef hobby and used lights similar to those. I had a Mars Aqua 300W.
The color of the light I’d say is fine. It’s broad spectrum, it gives white light but has a broad spectrum just like sunlight does. Some people disagree with me on that but after being in the reef hobby and dealing with lights I personally don’t think it does. I use an Aqueon Optibright for a grow light in my chameleon cage that has lots of white light but also has a little Reds, Greens and Blues. Van doesn’t seem to mind it.
The problem with your light is the Kelvin, the measurement of light it’s putting out. It’s way too powerful. Try getting one of the Arcadia or ReptiSun tube lights. You can look around on this site to find specifics but I use one of those so I know Van gets the proper UVB and I use a ceramic basking lamp for proper thermoregulation and my Optibright is just for the plants.
