Lights?

Hello guys, Im a new chameleon owner, I have a ambilobe panther and the lady at the store just gave me a infrared 75W basking bulb for a basking light but i dont think she knows what shes doing...and ive been reading that it irritates them a bit, any thoughts or comments?

I personally use a 50W, Zoo Meds Repti Backing Spot Lamp in a 5.5" Diameter Fluker's Clamp Lamp for all my panthers. It sit about 2-3" above the screen which gives them a nice basking spot without the worries of a possible burn if they would hang on the screen.

I also use a 20" Zoo Med ReptiSun Terrarium Hood with a 18" Zoo Med ReptiSun 15W 5.0 UVB fluorescent lamp. Both a basking and UVB light are required.
