What is a good light schedule for my chams? Right now i have 7:30-8ish but they usually are in their sleeping spots sooner.

If there's a window in their room they are probably following the sun. Regardless of artificial lighting chams are much more sensitive to the cycle of the natural sun. Mine are in their sleeping spots before my lights go off too. You could make your cycle match the sun better, but I don't see harm in them just kind of lying around before bed time for a little bit. I do that plenty.
