Ok so after reading all of the discussions about compact and linear lights from the other chameleon users and all the query’s and worries that they have, I want to know what the pygmy owners use and think is the best type of lights to use for their pygmy's?

I use no direct UVB at all. The pygmy cages are next to regular cham cages, and I do suppose they get some indirect light.

its still up for discussion weather or not pgimeys benifit from uvb rays at all....but i use a reptiglo 5.0 just becasue there exposed to in the wild. it doesent hurt but you should never use a compact uvb!....i would asume the same heath issues are caused in pigmeys as in true chameleons
