Lighting for Baby Veiled

Hi Everyone!
I was wondering which light for UVB purposes for baby veileds you reccomend of the two below. Do you suggest the ExoTerra 5.0 ReptiGlo linear light or the ZooMed 5.0 ReptiSun linear light. Since I live in San Diego, I'm able to take my cham outside for a few hours each day(he absolutly loves it! He gets such a nice green color and is so active :D). I currently have the linear ExoTerra ReptiGlo 5.0 light for him, but just want to make sure I have the best possible light for him once I go to work during the week since he'll be staying inside during those hours.
Also, when he's outside absorbing the natural sunlight, since he is a baby (approx. 3 months old), should I have the basking light on as well? It gets pretty hot here during the days, espcially now during summer time. Thanks!

The light you are using is fine. When you have him outside, I am assuming then he is inside his cage if you are asking about lighting?. No lights needed if outside getting sun. Turn off both the basking and the UVB light. Unless it was a very cold day down in the 50's which was sunny, I would not consider using a basking light with the sun.

Awesome, thanks so much! Yea, he is in his cage while outside. Thanks so much for the help, just wanted to make sure he's getting the correct lighting :)
