What are some really nice flowering plants that smell good that I could add to my chameleons cage.? And anything that would like climb up a trellis or around the sticks.?

AND

What kind of housebuld can I buy that will create a good basking spot for chameleon.?

Go to Home Depot and buy a Phillips PAR20 FLOOD 50 watt lamp. They come in a black and red box. It is a halogen lamp. These make a lot of heat, so you can use the lower wattage to get a higher heat output. in other words the 50w flood is prolly as warm as a 100w household lamp. The halogen is more focused and is a brighter type of lamp. DO NOT get the Spot version of the PAR20. You WILL burn your chameleon.

Any home improvement store you can get a basic incandescent bulb which will generate enough heat for most purposes. If you live somewhere cold, summoner's suggestion of a halogen bulb is a good one b/c they generate even more heat. Also, more wattage = more heat (but also brighter, so be careful not to make it too bright)

Hibiscus trees are a nice flowering plant, my veiled loves to eat the flowers. you can get them at any lowes etc. They come in tree style and also bushes which are nice and provide lots the branches for climbing. Right now i don't think lowes has hibiscus right now but they should in a few weeks im waiting myself
