Light controll and UVB bulb help ?

Oki I have an arcadia fluorescent lighting controller it says it is rated for 25/30w.
I was wondering if it was Oki to use only a 15 w bulb.
I have noticed that when ever I have my UVB bulb that my Cham seems to go a very dark colour ?

He is probably trying to asorb the uvb rays. Fixture will be ok if you use a 15 watt bulb if it is the same type bulb such as T8, or T5. It should say on the ballast.
