I have a one year old female Veiled Cham. I noticed the first week in Jan she wasn’t eating. She also wasn’t able to use her back left leg. I thought maybe she had fallen from her tree, and broke or sprang her leg. I took her to a vet and they took X-rays. They couldn’t explain why her leg wasn’t working. The x-ray showed no fracture to the leg or it being sprang but it did show her with a full belly of eggs. I made her a nesting area with a large garbage bucket with sand and dirt and a leafy branch. I dug a tunnel for her thinking that she probably wasn’t able to since her leg isnt working. This morning I noticed she was in her tunnel head first, im crossing my fingers she gets these egg out of her! Has anyone else experienced leg problems while caring eggs???
