I currently have a 48" rack and have been running 2 T5HO bulbs per shelf with moderate growth for the past two years. But as we all do, I stared dreamy eyed at the new LEDs hitting the market and finally decided to take the plunge. Today 4 Jungle Dawn 44" LED strip lights arrived and all I can say is "Holy &%$&^." These things are incredible! I was advised I would most likely only need 1 bar per shelf, but I figured I may need 2. Well, I was wrong... 1 LED bar is easily brighter than the 2 T5's I was running. I can't wait to see how my plants respond.

I also went ahead and swapped out my zilla UVB t5's for the Arcadia HOT5s and I am equally impressed with them.
