Ringworm is trichophyton...a fungal infection of the skin. Do you mean pinworms??
What you are seeing there seems to be a reproductive tract prolapse. Even though it has gone back in she will likely need to be on an antibiotic at the least...and it might prolapse again. Exposure of moist tissue like that can pick up bacteria and fungus from the surroundings so it may even need an antifungal.
The chameleon needs to go to a vet ASAP. If it comes out again you need to keep it moist and get it to the vets RIGHT AWAY!
