Funny story that probably has happened to everyone once or twice,

Today i was cleaning Lambeau's cage when i got home from work, the usual, cleaning the leaves of droppings, spraying things down, etc. lambeau was just hanging out towards the back of his enclosure just watching me, a little angry for the invasion, but not really. I went to the sink to rinse out his hanger bucket for his feeders, i put some crickets and worms together in the bucket and returned to his cage to surprise him, and he was gone, MIA. I searched frantically throughout his large enclosure to see if he was just being mysterious, but nope....in the midst of everything i set the bucket on the floor, about 5 minutes later i heard the thumping noise, the signature (Lambeaus snatching some meals from his bucket) i look down and he is hanging down from his giant umbrella tree (part of his free range) snatching his afternoon snack. I was thrilled to see him, and relieved. I normally connect a vine to the free range when i am home and leave his door open so he can freely choose to come and go, But the vine was not connected, the tree sits about a ft. away, and nothing connects the two unless the vine is attached, i think the door was maybe cracked a inch if that, and i was away from the cage for no more then a minute or two, I have no idea how he was able to get in that tree, but i am determined to find out. LOL

I have a similar free range and I caught my guy climb to the top of his cage, down a cord to the ground and up to his free range. I think he has plotted this since he was introduced to the free range. He would rather have access. LOL :D
