Lady Bugs??

Can my panther eat lady bugs? I have lady bugs everywhere outside and i let him go out for sun. Is it bad if he eats one??

Isn't it a shame? Because that would be such a cool photo op, your chameleon picking out a lady bug from the swarm...but alas, they are not good eats.
