Keeping chameleons outdoors in tropics year round?

Hello, in the past i have kept veiled, panther, jacksons and another African horned chameleon i never knew the names of. that one had flaps, almost ear like, behind its head if anyone is familiar. otherwise similar to jacksons but smaller. but now i live in SE Asia and am wondering how safe it would be to make very large outdoor enclosures. I am mostly concerned about summers being hot and very wet.

we can have very very heavy rainfall, especially during typhoons, and although enclosures would be out of the way, it would still be wet and extremely humid.

temps will also reach 38C max, but 30-35 is common in the day with low 30s-high 20s at night during summer months. winter gets down to 15C and the odd freak night down to 10C.

Do you think this would be suitable fi the enclosure was planted very well outside? I am most interested in keeping Jackson's chameleons, and would like to go into parsons once i have more experience keeping the jacksons in this climate as i have no experience with lizards in this country yet, only back home indoors.

I really appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.
