Kale....just how good for him?

My boy, a veiled, has really been attacking the kale I have been hanging in his enclosure, he loves it and I'm hoping I can feed that to him everyday, along with his crickets.....good to do or not?

Those blogs never work for me, It would be nice if someone could set up a monthly ratio or simply "once a month" type deal.

I'm dyslexic, so all those numbers are meaningless in a sense.

What I understand Kale should be seldom, but Sandra is the one to ask. (she wrote the blog)

Kale is very high in calcium, but also have a bit of oxalic acid, so as Sandra wrote: "should not be a regular daily staple."
