Just wondering

Well I did start her on baytril for her eye yesterday was first time getting it and i gave more today just one drop in her mouth.

Has an eye infection and have vetericyn ointment for her eye

She looks really p'eed off and angry - dark spots and darker colours mean stressed/unhappy. They also go darker to absorb more warmth when they are cold. She might be trying to warm up - does she have access to a heat source/bulb at all?

ya she does, she has plenty of heat an warmth, I just started using medicine on her and i have to hold her and get her mouth open to put the meeds in her mouth so maybe thats it

I've found that baytril will sometimes affect the color of the odd chameleon....just an observation....no scientific proof.

I don't know why it happens sometimes...but I haven't seen it happen every time baytril is used...and it doesn't last.
