thanks matt,i think he is roughly 7-8 mnths old..not too sure as he was a pet store purchase,he was in a crappy environment when i bought him,they did have uvb light and did supplement his food but he was sooo unhappy there,he was mostly black and grey ,they had no plants for him to hide in at all...i have had him for 5 mnths now and his colors get better every mnth..when i brought him home and placed him in his new enclosure he just sat on one branch and stayed dark,but slowly over time and with a lot of love and proper misting habbits(they said they misted his home maybe once a day if she remembered to)pppfffttt!!) he has become this gorgeous little man..he has a good personality now too,he wasnt always nice,when i got him he was a hissy,lunging,pissed off dude..but patience has brought him around alot! i amm soo in love with him..lol

Good on ya i came across a Jackson in a pet shop here in Germany! it's all in one of my threads.
Anyway, i really wanted to get him out of there but could'nt look after him at the moment as i will be deploying on ops soon. On my return i will have a few years to get my Panther all nicely settled in before i go away again (hopefully the wife will be confident enough after that amount of time to be able to look after him, for when i go away again!)

awe,its aweful to see an animal in obvious distress and not be able to rescue them all i hate going to big chain pet stores anymore because that is usually what you end up seeing..i bought moe from a small store and they had no real knowledge except for uvb lighting and supplementing the crix..they know now!! lol but the stated they wont be getting anymore chameleons in..and i wish you all the best on your deployment and safe return i hope you will get the cham of your dreams when you do come home have a wonderful day
