Is their skin as thick as it looks in that pic? It looks much thicker than a normal panther or veiled shed to me.

I think so. It usually comes off in patches. Where as panthers and veils skin almost explodes off.

hahaha my melleri shed like this too. The other day Sam was shedding and he looked like he had on a white helmet with eye holes cut out. I guess he rubbed the shed skin off his turrets but not the rest of his head haha
