Would June bugs be ok for my chameleon?

Depends on chameleon species. I have fed to Parson's, Panther's, and Veil's. Would'nt recommend feeding to Pygmy

Are these ones you are catching from outside? I would be a little concerned about wild caught just on account of potential nasties the bug might be harboring.

I'll be feeding them to my Jackson's and yes there the ones flying around my outside light.

How big is your cham? I just got my first jackson's and I think a junebug would give her a heart attack! lol.
