Jumping veiled?

So I took my almost 3 month old veiled out for some real sunlight. Everything went well until I took her back inside. I was walking up my stairs in my house, which happen to be very poorly lit, and she decided to jump. She kind of jumped in my direction, so I did my best to try to catch her. She squeaked/chirped and I just hurried to my room to put her back. As I was reaching to put her in her enclosure, she jumped towards it and hit the outside of the screen. I picked her up and examined her for a second, she looked/acted like she normally does. So I just put her on my hand, next to a leaf, and let her crawl off. Do you guys think she will be okay? I tried my best to catch her softly, but chams' bodies are really delicate and such. :/

If she is walking ,eating n pooping normal,then she should be fine,u can always take her for a vet visit if she is acting weird in the next couple days.next time try to hold her tight when u traveling from point A to point B,since the veild cham can be making a sudden move before u can even notice ,I hope she is all well with this incident.

U see how naughty she is...wait till she is a bit older,she probably can't even hang upside down like that ,just be careful with the heating lamp,so it wont be able to burn her when she climb the cage like that.
