Of course, because I was at work today, Joey decided finally to explore her room!! 1.5 weeks to leave the basking perch!!! My reptaid came today, so she got her first dose of that. She still won't climb in the rain chamber. She just looks at the mister and smacks her mouth, so I've been hand misting and almost flooding the bathroom twice a day to make sure she's getting enough water. The 4 days a week I'm home, she gets 2cc pedialyte at each misting. The days I work, she gets 2cc with the night misting. The silvadene and hibiclens have done wonders for her skin abrasions and suspicious areas on her lobes. The swelling of the left leg is almost gone and the leg looks good. She's using it more too. I'm gonna call my vet on Monday and see if he can sex Joey from the x-ray last week. Being WC, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she decides to like her new home.....
