soo flchams are captive bred? it says the jacksons are 5 monthsI believe that if they say the months, it is CB. Some do say WC on the cham, like a Mt. Meru (I think)
oh....are wild caught bad? like are they even worth 75 with 50 shipping?Unless its stated in the ad I would presume they are wc. Generally speaking cb's are going to be priced at a higher price also. So if they are 100 or less they are wc.
yea i would rather get a CB but what websites have them CB :/No they arent bad. Just that your gonna be better off getting cb if you havent dealt with wc chams before. Its a time consuming expensive process to clean up a freshly imported chameleon. You have to get them fully hydrated first, that can take a cpl of weeks of daily shower sessions for 30 mins or so. Then you get a fecal exam run. I do both a float and smear test from a fresh poo. If they are positive fr worms then you do a de wormer or if its cocidia then you do the treatment while also cleaning & disinfecting all the cage furniture. Its a lot or work! Its def worth the extra $$$ if you can find a cb one.
There is a guy here in Tx that advertises on Kingsnake fairly often with cb babies. Other than that you'd have to wait on a member here on the forum to have babies for sale.
haha I cant tell which website i havent been on these two websites beforeYeah I was looking for him. Thats him Brent Burkott. He has them fairly regurlarly listed on Kingsnake or Fauna? I cant remember which one he advertises on now? Getting oldtimers! lol
